We hope you love your Elleme Paris purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all security tags and dust bags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
